INTSPEI Hires General Manager to Head Ukrainian Branch

November 23, 2007 – Kiev – New York – International Software & Productivity Engineering Institute (INTSPEI) announced that Ivan Poyda joined the INTSPEI leadership team in November, 2007. Mr. Poyda will hold the positions of General Manager of the Ukrainian Branch, and Chief Outsourcing Officer. He will report directly to Vladimir L. Pavlov, INTSPEI Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer.
Mr. Poyda brings valuable experience and an extensive background to INTSPEI leadership team. Prior to joining INTSPEI, for two years he was the General Manager of Exigen Services StarSoft, Ukraine National operations. Before being appointed as the General Manager for Exigen, Ivan served as the Head of their Set-up Team for all company operations in Ukraine. Previously he served for 10 years in the recruitment services industry, the last half of which he spent as the General Manager for Ukrainian branch of the Metropolis Personnel Group. Metropolis is a leading CEE recruiting company headquartered in Moscow.
Since 1999 Mr. Poyda is serving as the President of the Managers Union of Ukraine. He is also a Professional Member of ACM.
