Online brokerage Scottrade advances customer relations and boosts management team with addition of Craig Hogan to Marketing team
St. Louis. – Scottrade, a leading branch-supported online investment firm, announced the hiring of Craig Hogan as Director of Customer Intelligence, Customer Relationship Management and Reporting.
As Director of Customer Intelligence, CRM and Reporting, Hogan will oversee and develop customer relationship management practices and further develop and enhance the customer experience.

Hogan has over 15 years of customer relations and marketing experience. Before joining Scottrade, Hogan served as the Director of Database Marketing at Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Prior to that, he spent five years in senior leadership roles at St. Louis-based marketing and research firm Maritz Inc. Hogan earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in marketing from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Music Education from Southeast Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau, Mo.
