Dr. Todd Bloom Named Vice President of Education at Alchemy Systems, LP.


Austin, Texas, USA November 13, 2007 . . . Alchemy Systems, LP. Today announced that Dr. Todd Bloom, formerly of Blueprint Education Group, will lead Alchemy’s Education Division as its Vice President, according to Mr. Jeff Eastman, Alchemy’s president “Todd is a perfect fit for our K-12 business and will accelerate our team’s success with both PD Evaluator and Avatar Pro Professional Development Management Systems”, he added.

Before launching Blueprint Education Group, Dr. Bloom served as the Director of Consulting for eSchool Solutions Inc. At eSchool Solutions, Dr. Bloom developed and managed large-scale consulting engagements for school districts throughout North America. Prior to eSchool Solutions, Dr. Bloom was the Senior Professional Development Associate at Learning Point Associates, a nonprofit research and development organization in Naperville, Illinois. He is a frequent lecturer and guest speaker to school districts, educational service agencies and state departments of education. Dr. Bloom’s most recent book is Resource Guide: Implementing Process Improvement for School Systems (eSchool Solutions, 2005). Dr. Bloom earned his Ph.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Wisconsin—Madison.
