ARAMARK, a world leader in providing professional services, announced that industry veteran Jeri Dixon has joined its Convention Centers and Cultural Attractions Group as Director of Sales and National Accounts.

In her role, Dixon will be responsible for building relationships with ARAMARK’s national clients, developing catering sales teams and participating in the planning of large events. Dixon will report to Jack O’Brien, President of ARAMARK Convention Centers and Cultural Attractions.

“Jeri is a proven leader whose experience will enable us to leverage her industry knowledge, operational expertise and customer insight to attract and retain clients,” said O’Brien. “I am certain our clients and customers will benefit from her industry expertise as we continue to deliver on our promise of superior experiences, environments and outcomes.”

This marks a return to ARAMARK for Dixon, who will be based-in Fort Worth, Texas. She first joined ARAMARK in 1984, where she served the company in a variety of roles, including ARAMARK’s Director of Catering and Banquet Operations at the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, La.

Prior to re-joining ARAMARK, Dixon owned and operated a successful Food and Beverage Management and Consulting business for 10 years. In this capacity she planned and executed large scale food and beverage events for clients such as Microsoft and McDonald’s.
