AT&T Solution Will Enhance Network Management Capabilities for Growing Insurance Company

AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) has announced that York Insurance Services Group, an insurance claims service company based in New Jersey that has offices nationwide, has signed a new contract with AT&T that will ease York’s management of its company network.

AT&T has won back York’s business and, under the terms of the three-year contract, will serve as the primary provider to York. AT&T will support the insurance company’s growing network and management needs with AT&T Business Network (ABN) services.

In recent months, York has been in a high-growth period and has been acquiring smaller companies and integrating them in its existing network. The expanding network can complicate network management, and York decided that it needed to consolidate and standardize this process.

AT&T ABN is a fully integrated network solution that is specifically designed to simplify network management. It’s a flexible pricing and billing solution — with just a single bill — for customers and offers a wide variety of products and services and delivers an expansive portfolio of services, including end-to-end performance capabilities that ensure operational efficiency.

“York is a fast-growing company and is adding technology and services to increase our value to customers,” said Nick Sopov, vice president and chief technology officer at York. “We decided to go back to using AT&T because the scalable and integrated management solution they provide will enable York to prosper during growth and will standardize the maintenance of our constantly expanding network.”

Also included in the AT&T ABN solution is use of the AT&T BusinessDirect® Web portal for personalized, secure, anytime access to detailed information regarding critical customer applications.
