Qwest Customer Service Ranked No. 1 By Wholesale Customers In Leading Research Report
Qwest Communications International Inc. (NYSE: Q) received multiple best-in-class honors from wholesale customers using metro services in a survey conducted by Atlantic-ACM. Atlantic-ACM is a research consultancy serving the telecommunications and information industries. The survey results are detailed in Atlantic-ACM’s 2007 Metro Carrier Report Card. Qwest has won the award for service for both years ACM has researched the metro carriers.
Qwest was rated first for customer service and sales representatives among all regional Bell operating companies and incumbent local exchange carriers by wholesale customers. On the product side, wholesale customers scored Qwest’s Dedicated Internet Access (DIA) services highest, earning Qwest three Metro Carrier Excellence Awards.

This is the second time this year that Qwest’s wholesale division has been recognized by customers. Earlier in 2007, Qwest was honored for its service and sales force, its network and its voice products in another of Atlantic-ACM’s best-in-class research titled, U.S. Wholesale LD: Carrier Report Card 2007.
