Second Award this Year for Body Bar Flex

BOULDER, Colo. – October 9, 2007 - Body Bar Systems, Inc., a premier fitness company specializing in products and educational tools for fitness enthusiasts of all ages and abilities, announced today that its Body Bar Flex™ has earned a “Great Gear of the Year” award from ShapeYou.com’s first annual Sports, Health & Fitness Gear Awards™.

The large selection of health and fitness products out in the marketplace inspired ShapeYou.com to create the GearAwards. Industry professionals including trainers, nutritionists, health care practitioners and club and store owners judged the Gear Awards.

Brown was recently awarded United States Patent 7,112,166 for a “method of exercise” in which the Body Bar Flex flexible variable resistant composite exercise device is used in a completely new and novel way to strengthen and condition a person’s core and abdominal muscles. Brown has licensed this patented method (United States Patent 7,112,166) of exercise to Body Bar Systems for development and distribution.
