PositiviTee’s ’07 Winter Line will be available on-line and in stores November 1st. The collection includes 6 new designs printed on thermals and Henleys. The cotton used is 100% fair-trade organic cotton. Silk screen ink is water base. Hangtags are printed on recycled paper. The organizations supported are: Save the Children, Heifer International, Oceana, The Retired Thoroughbred Foundation, The Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund, and The Good Dog Foundation.
PositiviTee is a charity based women’s internet apparel company. Opening its virtual doors in 2005, with a kick off that included an endorsement by Oprah magazine; PositiviTee has made the commitment to go green. PositiviTee offers a line of fashionable women’s short and long sleeve tees. $5 of each purchase is donated to the non-profit that the tee supports.
PositiviTee does not attend tradeshows but does wholesale to small boutiques and yoga studios around the country. They have enjoyed tremendous P.R. and have an active list of return customers. Their message of “clothing with meaning” has just gotten better with the addition of “green.”
