Alcatel-Lucent to hold a media tutorial webcast about Mobile Network Outsourcing on October 2, 2007

Alcatel-Lucent (Euronext Paris and NYSE: ALU) announced today that Andreas Herzog, Vice-President of Alcatel-Lucent’s Network Operations activities will give a media tutorial on Mobile Network Outsourcing on October 2, 2007 at 4.00 PM Paris time (10 AM New York).

This media tutorial webcast will aim at discussing the trend developing in the industry whereby operators entrust the responsibility to manage and operate the network to leading network integrators like Alcatel-Lucent. Alcatel-Lucent is already providing managed services for more than 55 network operators and more than 80 million subscribers around the world.
