London, 18 September 2007 – The publishers of Data Centre News have announced a relaunch of the monthly newsletter with upgraded coverage and a new design layout.

Data Centre News, first published by consultants BroadGroup in February 2005, provides monthly coverage of key news items impacting the growing Data Centre market. Since then it has expanded to include data centre new build, upgrade and expansion, financials investment and M&A, Managed services and outsourcing, power and cooling, green issues, solutions and services.

Contributed to by an expert editorial panel, the newsletter, which has always been provided under a free registration process, is now subscribed to by thousands of executives worldwide.

“The range of issues relating to Data Centres has increased substantially over the past few years,” commented Nicola Hayes, vice president of BroadGroup, “and Data Centre News has tracked these changes. Subscribers include not only data centre entities themselves, but a wide range of companies engaged in the sector, and increasingly those who need to know what is happening in this strategically important growth market.”

BroadGroup, which recently launched a consulting arm to manage projects it undertakes internationally, principally in conducting commercial due diligence and research, also publishes a wide range of reports and studies on the Data Centre sector, most recently Data Centres in Spain and Portugal and the annual Power and Cooling Survey (2007).

The company owns and manages the acclaimed portal, www.datacentres.com and has also established definitive regional conferences for the Data Centre sector over the past few years including Data Centres Europe and Awards Ceremony, Internet Data Centres Asia, Power and Cooling, and next year will include Data Centres Latin America.

It also owns tmtfinance.com which produces the Finance and Investment Forum series, and this November will assess Investing in Data Centres.
