Fair Isaac Again Ranks as Revenue Leader in Services Operations Analytic Application Software
Global analytics and decision management technology leader earns 26.8 percent market share in 2006

According to IDC’s new report “Worldwide Supply Chain Management, Workforce and Services Operations Analytic Applications 2006 Vendor Shares” (IDC #208116), Fair Isaac led the worldwide services operations and workforce analytics revenue category in 2006 for the fourth consecutive year, with related revenues of $367.1 million. The company earned 26.8 percent of the market, while its closest competitor earned a 6.7 percent market share.

The combined market for supply chain, services operations and workforce management analytics reached $3.7 billion in 2006. According to IDC, services operations management applications support the services supply chain and are unique to particular industries.
