3Com Integrates AT&Tís VoiceTone Technology


Marlborough, Massachusetts.-AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) has announced a new agreement with voice and data networking leader 3Com Corp. AT&T will help 3Com strengthen its phone tech support to clients by building out and implementing enhanced routing capabilities for all client-support voice services.

Deploying AT&Tís VoiceToneģ technology will provide a new routing plan for all of 3Comís client-support toll-free numbers. This solution will help ensure that 3Comís clients can quickly and efficiently get to the correct 3Com servicing center for all of their support needs. VoiceTone will also provide customer support in 10 different languages while automatically recognizing caller intent and forwarding calls to the proper resource with limited human involvement.
