INTSPEI Releases the Second Beta Version of P-Modeling Framework - Now Integrated with OpenUP

September 5, 2007 - New York-Kiev - The International Software and Productivity Engineering Institute (INTSPEI) released today the second beta version of the INTSPEI P-Modeling Framework - a powerful methodology add-on which helps developers significantly improve quality of their software products. This new version of P-Modeling Framework is integrated with Open Unified Process and with Microsoft Solution Framework for Agile processes.

INTSPEI P-Modeling Framework is the direct result of more than 6 years of research in software engineering and addresses the most important problem: How to catch and fix costly software programming defects which are introduced at the very early stages of a project - at the design or analysis phases. The framework provides engineers with a new validation method that solves this problem and helps to avoid a lot of rework. As a result the overall length of development cycle is reduced.

“INTSPEI P-Modeling Framework can be integrated with any software development process - MSF or RUP - this is a universally applicable methodology that removes programming bugs from the very beginning of a project.” - said Vladimir L. Pavlov, INTSPEI Chairman and Chief Strategy Officer in making the announcement. “P-Modeling Framework is a new way of thinking for engineers developing software - much more productive and efficient - it allows to free the time normally spent searching for bugs, and dedicate it to creativity and innovation”, Mr. Pavlov concluded.

The new Beta version release of INTSPEI P-Modeling Framework is available for free evaluation. However if a company uses a development process other then OpenUP or MSF, they can download the free INTSPEI P-Modeling Whitepaper to better understand all the ideas behind the methodology. INTSPEI also provides “SDLC Fine-Tuning” service - a valuable and unique service that helps companies to customize and adapt the P-Modeling Framework to their particular needs and specific processes. This service will improve your company’s efficiency and ultimately shorten development time.
