Citibank Bahrain Launches Combined Time Deposit & Investment Account
Up to 10% Interest Income Combined with World Class Investments Offering Investors Opportunity to Maximize Returns
Manama – Citibank, a member of Citi, today launched a Time Deposit and Investment bundle that offers guaranteed returns on Time Deposits, together with a choice of 100% Capital Protected Notes or Mutual Funds.
The product is designed for investors who seek to maximize their returns on Time Deposits and simultaneously enjoy the benefits of investing in a range of world class mutual funds or capital protected investment options.
The investment bundle from Citibank provides a preferential Time Deposit rate of 10% p.a. for one month, 8% p.a. for three months or 7.5% p.a. for six months for any customer who subscribes to a combination of time deposit and either capital protected note or mutual funds.
The minimum subscription of $20,000 or currency equivalent is required (minimum investment of $40,000 for structured notes) and will be split equally between the time deposit and the choice of investment instrument.
