SAP Showcases Value and Process Innovation for Real Estate Management

Companies in 40 countries across more than 20 industries — including Copenhagen Airports; Forest City Enterprises, a U.S.-based real estate company; Halliburton, a provider of products and services to the energy industry and NATS, the United Kingdom’s leading provider of air traffic management — use the application to gain better control and analysis of their real estate portfolios.

SAP customers will demonstrate the benefits they are gaining from the deployment of the application at the International SAP Real Estate Management Conference in Barcelona, Spain, September 17 – 19 and the Americas’ SAP Real Estate Management Conference in Chicago, Illinois, October 16 – 18. At the conferences, SAP experts, partners and customers will discuss and demonstrate how SAP Real Estate Management helps corporate, commercial and public real estate managers to achieve transparency, streamline their business processes and support investment strategies.

SAP Real Estate Management is part of the SAP® ERP application and supports all phases of the life cycle of real estate assets, including the acquisition or disposal of real estate, management of the real estate portfolio, property and technical management, as well as management accounting and reporting.
