Bell Helicopter Surpasses the Competition in Aviation International News’ 2007 Product Support Survey
Fort Worth, TX.- Bell Helicopter, a Textron Inc. (NYSE: TXT) company, announced today that it is the highest rated rotorcraft manufacturer when it comes to product support in Aviation International News’ (AIN) 2007 Product Support Survey. This is the second year in which AIN has included helicopters in its survey and the second year Bell Helicopter was the top performer.
Coupled with its thirteenth consecutive number one ranking in the Professional Pilot Survey earlier this year, Bell continues to dominate this important milestone of customer satisfaction.
Shane Eddy, Bell’s senior vice president of customer support and services stated, “We build some of the most reliable helicopters on the market and our team works hard every day to support our customers. It’s truly humbling to receive this kind of positive feedback from our customers and it’s a great tribute to the deserving women and men throughout our company who are committed to making each customer successful. The Bell team understands that operators around the world rely on our customer support and service to keep their helicopters both safe and productive.”
Bell’s support philosophy has created a mindset that is backed by dedicated resources that are available around the clock, which provides access no matter where the customer is at any given time.
The AIN survey ranked Bell tops in seven of nine categories. The survey can be found at http://www.ainonline.com.
