Verizon Customers Can Now Sign Up for Verizon’s Integrated ONE-BILL Option and Make Payments at Verizon Wireless Stores

WEBWIRE

NEW YORK - Customers in areas where Verizon sells voice, broadband, video and wireless services now have two new options: They can sign up at a Verizon Wireless store for the integrated ONE-BILL statement, and they can pay their ONE-BILL at the payment kiosk where available.

ONE-BILL combines the bill statements for Verizon calling, broadband and entertainment services, and Verizon Wireless service into one monthly statement.

“This is another way for us to provide better service to both our Verizon Telecom and Verizon Wireless customers,” said Rich McCusker, product management director for Verizon Telecom. “ONE-BILL reduces the statements our customers get from us and helps the environment by minimizing paper waste. This new setup can allow those customers that have not combined their Verizon bills to do so at any Verizon Wireless store.”

In addition to the ONE-BILL availability in the stores, there also are Verizon marketing kiosks in 66 Verizon Wireless stores where customers can learn about the products and services offered by Verizon Telecom -- like FiOS Internet, FiOS TV, Verizon High Speed Internet, DIRECTV and Verizon Freedom (calling) packages -- and initiate service.

Verizon Telecom customers with a qualifying plan can save up to $9.99 a month when they combine their home and wireless accounts via ONE-BILL. Customers looking to save more can add their landline and wireless calling, High-Speed Internet and DIRECTV service from Verizon in named packages called Verizon Double Freedom, Verizon Triple Freedom and Verizon Ultimate Freedom, the first four-service bundle offered in the Verizon market, by calling the Verizon business office on their statement.

Other conditions may apply. For more information on Verizon ONE-BILL, consumers can call 888-623-7387 or visit www.verizon.com/onebill.

FiOS Internet and FiOS TV are breakthrough services offered only by Verizon, the first company to offer a fiber-to-the premises (FTTP) network connecting homes and business directly to fiber optics on a widespread scale. Verizon’s fiber optic network allows the company to offer extraordinary pictures and theater-quality sound on FiOS TV and FiOS Internet at speeds of up to 50 Mbps (megabits per second).
