Citrix WANScaler Named a ‘Strong Performer’ in WAN Optimization Appliances by Independent Research Firm

Citrix Systems, Inc. (Nasdaq: CTXS), the global leader in application delivery infrastructure, today announced that the “Forrester Wave Report: WAN Optimization Appliances, Q3 2007” dated July 20, 2007 cites Citrix as having one of the best strategies in the WAN optimization industry. Forrester evaluated nine vendors across 65 criteria and recognized Citrix as a strong performer based on its current Citrix WANScaler™ product-line offering, strategy and market presence.

Forrester Senior Analyst Robert Whiteley writes, “Citrix Systems currently offers one of the best WAN optimization strategies and positions WAN optimization as part of the larger application delivery infrastructure.
