“Rev It Up TM 2007: Where Drivers Come To Play” (www.revitup.com) – A full day of competition and fun geared towards automotive enthusiasts, friends and families. The entry fee for competitors is just $25, and there is no admission charge for spectators at the annual six-city celebration of car culture. Rev It Up TM 2007 is touring six major metropolitan areas in July and August.

Rev It Up TM 2007 is a true playground for car lovers. It is the “World’s Largest Performance Driving School and National Racing Competition,” in which experienced racers and amateurs alike compete for the title of “Rev It Up TM National Champion” and a 430-horsepower 2008 Chevrolet Corvette. Additionally, the six regional winners will receive a two-day course for two people at the Bondurant School of High Performance Driving. They are also eligible to win a variety of prizes from Paul Reed Smith Guitars, Piloti Driving Shoes, Gatorz Eyewear and XM TM Satellite Radio.

Rev It Up TM 2007 gives car enthusiasts – spectators and competitors – a chance to immerse themselves in all things automotive. This includes rides in a 505-horsepower Corvette Z06 for a “Time Attack” run, test reaction time and car control in an acceleration and braking contest, race against friends in an Enduro Kart competition and test-drive the 2007 Corvette and the rest of Chevrolet’s performance lineup on custom-designed courses. They’ll also be able to experience the hottest music and latest automotive technology at the Chevy Pavilion – including an up close look at the dramatic Camaro Concept.
