Elsevier MDL releases MDL® Logistics 1.2

Elsevier MDL has released MDL®Logistics 1.2, the complete solution for managing reagent procurement and inventory tracking in biopharmaceutical and chemical research centers. MDL Logistics 1.2 contains powerful new features and content designed to help customers effectively manage internal chemical inventories and commercial supplier catalog data.

These features include full compatibility with the MDL® Isentris® 2.0 system, which makes MDL Logistics 1.2 an integral part of a modern research environment that delivers the information scientists need to work smarter, faster and more efficiently. Furthermore, MDL Logistics 1.2 streamlines workflows and saves time by automating the inventory reconciliation process, by providing out-of-the-box regulatory reports and by offering enhanced printing and data import/export capabilities.

In addition, full integration with MDL® Available Chemicals Directory on MDL® Direct 6.0 provides access to over 700 electronic chemical supplier catalogs. Researchers can track reagents from procurement through disposal in a workflow that supports both corporate and regulatory requirements.
