Actor Completed First Day Of Continuous Computer Keyboard Typing

At 12 noon today (June 26, 2007) actor Norman Perez of Burbank, California completed one full day of continuous computer keyboard typing to establish the first Guinness record for the longest computer keyboard typing session - a total of three days.

During the early morning hours of June 26, 2007 several hackers tried to shut down instant messaging.

Norman Perez is in the window of Homestead New York real estate where he is instant messaging people around the world.

Norman is allowed to take 5 minutes after every hour of continuous typing. He is allowed to build up time and take extended periods to use the facilities, eat and rest.
