Citibank and Akbank Will Mutually Open Their ATM Networks for Use of Their Customers

Akbank and Citibank signed an agreement for joint ATM use. Akbank and Citibank customers can mutually use the ATMs of both banks for their cash drawing and balance display transactions.

Commenting on the ATM sharing, Aysenur Hiçkiran, Head, Sales and Alternative Distribution Channels, GCG, Citibank said: “We are very pleased to be making this cooperation in joint ATM use with Akbank. At the outset, the opportunity for Citibank customers to benefit from Akbank’s more than 1600 ATMs in all corners of Turkey will provide convenience for them. In the forthcoming period, both the banks will continue to make cooperation in products and services that will provide benefit for their customers. ”

Cem Muratoglu, Head, Marketing, Consumer Bank, Akbank said: “We will carry our cooperation approach that we formalized with the joint ATM use, to the other banking areas in the coming days. We will share the developments in these areas with the public.”
