CMO of Kodak’s Graphic Communications Group Earns Lifetime Achievement Award from Frost & Sullivan

Frost & Sullivan has selected Jeffrey Hayzlett, Chief Marketing Officer and Vice President, Kodak’s Graphic Communications Group, as a winner of its 2007 Lifetime Achievement Award. The award acknowledges the recipient’s management, vision, and dedication to making a difference in his or her industry and exceptional marketing leadership within their organizations. The award is being presented to Hayzlett at a ceremony during the 8th Annual Sales & Marketing 2007, East: A Frost & Sullivan Executive MindXchange, July 22-25 in Alexandria, Va.

Nominees are determined by Frost & Sullivan research analysts who nominate leaders from the industries in which they specialize. Nominations are based on length of time in the industry, depth and breadth of expertise, contribution to the company, industry innovation, leadership, impact, and leading a company with yearly growth. The Frost & Sullivan chairman and board make the final selections.

Hayzlett joined Kodak as Chief Marketing Officer, Graphic Communications Group (GCG), in April 2006. He leads all marketing activities for the GCG, including product positioning, segment marketing, branding, marketing communications and customer development. Hayzlett has nearly 25 years of international marketing, sales and customer relations management experience in the graphic communications industry. Most recently, he served as president and chief executive officer of the Hayzlett Companies, Inc.

In 2007, Hayzlett discussed Kodak’s digital transformation at the Canadian Marketing Association’s 2007 National Convention and Trade Show; effective marketing through variable data at THE Conference on Marketing, 2007 DMA Leadership Forum and 2007 Print Oasis; and new techniques that further strengthen the value of print as a highly effective communications medium on a co-panel at the 2007 National Postal Forum.

Hayzlett is currently a member of the board of directors of the Business Marketing Association (BMA), and is also a part of Contract Packaging Association, Sales and Marketing Executives International (SMEI) Foundation for Marketing Education, Pi Sigma Epsilon National Education Foundation, Printing Industries Centres Insurance (UK), Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) and Printing Industry of America PrintPAC.
