Intrinsyc Software Launches New Product Offerings

Strengthening Links Between Mobile and Embedded Solutions and Mobile Software Products Business Units

Vancouver, BC, September 2, 2005 - Intrinsyc Software International, Inc. (TSX:ICS) today announced that its Mobile and Embedded Solutions (MES) group has launched four new products that enable mobile device makers to start their development cycles earlier and take their products to market faster. These products take the form of Board Support Package (BSP) kits which provide the bridge between the embedded operating system and the target mobile hardware. Recent contracts awarded to Intrinsyc’s MES group totaling $1.9 million in the smartphone and related mobile and embedded market segments highlight the growing need for these types of discrete solution offerings.

Intrinsyc’s Windows Mobile BSP Kits and Windows CE BSP Kits leverage their core mobility software and early stage reports to accelerate customer development projects and improve key design decisions. Intrinsyc’s Power Management Kits identify and resolve power consumption issues resulting in the optimal end user experience. Intrinsyc’s Windows Mobile Quality Assurance Kits identify key design issues up-front resulting in early Windows CE Test Kit and Windows Logo Test Kit compliance.

With the release of these products, Intrinsyc’s MES group is continuing to address the growing demand for mobile telephony technology and professional service engagements, building on their successful iQuickStart product launched in May 2005. This complements Intrinsyc’s Mobile Software Products’ (MSP) development initiative that is focused on bringing Windows CE based “feature phones” to market.
