A popular face to viewers of “Top Model” , J Alexander (aka Miss Jay) is one of the most beloved judges on the “America’s Next Top Model” series. J began his career as a runway model for Jean Paul Gaultier in New York City. After a modelling stint in Tokyo, he eventually settled in Paris, and is now a full-time coach for runway models. His reputation of elegance on the runway and compassion for beginning models, has his services in high demand from well-known designers, including Valentino, Galliano, Bill Blass, Alexander McQueen, Chanel and Nina Ricci. His outlandish sense of style coupled with his unique look and talent, gives him an edge unlike any other in the fashion industry. J is currently filming the ninth cycle of “America’s Next Top Model”.
