Viewsonic Bolsters Management Team With Industry Veteran

ViewSonic® Corp., a worldwide visual display products leader, announced today that Ted Sanders will join the company as its new chief financial officer. Sanders will take over for James Morlan, who is retiring after seven years in the position. Morlan will remain with the company through the end of June to assist with the transition.

Sanders brings more than 25 years of business experience to ViewSonic. Most recently, he has served since 1997 as the CFO of PC Mall, a $1 billion marketer of technology products.

Prior to PC Mall, Sanders was the controller and director of finance for BAX Global, a $1.7 billion subsidiary of The Pittston Company, a global business and security services company. At Pittston, he also served as the director of Internal Audit, where he managed staff across three regional offices.

Earlier in his career, Sanders held financial positions at several companies, including Deloitte & Touche LLP, Scovill Inc., and Bangor Punta Corporation.

Sanders received a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Nichols College in Massachusetts and is a certified public accountant.
