Agrium Inc. (TSX and NYSE: AGU) announced today that Mr. Bruce Waterman, Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer, will be participating in a Question & Answer interview session at the RBC Capital Markets Global Mining & Materials Conference in Toronto, Ontario, on Thursday, June 14, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. ET.

Agrium will host a live audio webcast of the presentation at www.agrium.com, which will be approximately 25 minutes in length. The presentation will be archived on Agrium’s website for 30 days.
