DT and France Télécom reach agreement on T-Online Spain

Deutsche Telekom AG has reached an agreement on the sale of its Spanish Internet subsidiary T-Online Spain S.A.U. France Télécom España S.A. will take over all the shares in the company, which operates under the Ya.com brand and operates as an Internet Service Provider.



The transaction is subject to approval by the Spanish anti-trust authorities. Both parties aim to complete the transaction by the end of July 2007.



This transaction forms part of the “focus, fix and growth” strategy announced on March 1, 2007 by Deutsche Telekom Board of Management.
