Cybertrust Managed Security Services Achieve ISO 9001:2000 Certification

Cybertrust®, the global security specialist, today announced its Managed Security Services (MSS) infrastructures in Leuven, Belgium and Atlanta have been certified under the ISO 9001:2000 quality management standard .

The ISO 9001:2000 standard is geared towards customer satisfaction and encourages organisations to listen and respond to customer feedback and proactively make service enhancements if and where necessary. The standard also promotes improved documentation and process control, leading to increased productivity and reduced costs.

Cybertrust has recently completed an upgrade of its Canberra, Australia data facility to a fully-functional, state-of-the-art Security Operations Centre (SOC), part of Cybertrust’s follow the sun SOC infrastructure. This SOC is expected to attain ISO 9001: 2000 Certification during the next audit towards the end of this year.

The certification announcement follows Cybertrust’s recent “Positive” rating by Gartner in its report, “MarketScope for Managed Security Services in Europe, 2007”.1
