CALGARY, Alberta -- Agrium Inc. (TSX and NYSE: AGU) announced today that Mr. Mike Wilson, President and Chief Executive Officer will be presenting at the Merrill Lynch Chemicals Conference in New York on Tuesday, June 5, 2007 at 10:25 a.m. ET.

Agrium will host a live audio webcast of the presentation at www.agrium.com, which will be approximately 35 minutes in length. The presentation will be archived on Agrium’s website for 14 days.
