CybeRelease: (OTC: UITA) Plans Enhanced Product Development Program

(CybeRelease, May 29, 2007) - Lake Harmony, Pa. - Utilicraft Aerospace Industries, Inc. (OTC BB: UITA): Officials of Utilicraft Aerospace announced that the Company in its efforts to save substantial prototype development cost and time, is currently working on a strategy that could possibly bring both the -300ER and the smaller -200 aircraft to market in sequence, by using the commonality of both designs during the development of the prototype FF-1080 Performance Flight Test Aircraft (PFTA).

The Company plans to further enhance its position in the global and domestic freight feeder markets by taking advantage of its previous engineering development of the -200 version FF-1080 design, including the existing full-scale -200 mockup. The FF-1080-200 is a smaller version of the Company’s FF-1080-300ER.

John Dupont, President and CEO of Utilicraft stated, “Although the -300ER is the optimum in the FF-1080 family of aircraft designs and shows a promising international market, the smaller -200 continues to show solid market potential in the shorter U.S. and European feeder segments, as well as various military cargo applications. The use of the prototype aircraft for both designs can mean substantial savings to the Company and decrease our time to market while potentially increasing our market advantage.”
