Willie, a real estate investor, who’s been in the real estate business over 50 years was himself once a victim of rip off real estate scam artists, started these meetups because he was tired of seeing people spend thousands of dollars on real estate books and courses when they had no practical hands-on knowledge, experience and understanding of the real estate busines.
