David Miller Rejoins NGRAIN as President & COO

Company adds senior role to support expansion and growth opportunities in North
America and Europe.

VANCOUVER, BC — NGRAIN, provider of 3D performance support solutions, announced today that David J. Miller has rejoined the company as President & COO, reporting to NGRAIN Chief Executive Officer, Paul Lindahl. As President & COO, Mr. Miller will support the execution of NGRAIN’s corporate strategy and oversee the company’s daily operational activities.

Mr. Miller was NGRAIN’s VP of Marketing and Corporate/Business Development, from 2001 – 2004. He was a key member of the team that developed the company’s original strategic direction, corporate culture, and brand identity, all of which have resulted in NGRAIN’s international recognition as an industry leader. Prior to rejoining NGRAIN, Mr. Miller worked with Engenuity Technologies Inc., to support the company’s marketing, financing, and acquisition activities.

Mr. Lindahl will focus on corporate development activities, working on strategic initiatives that will broaden NGRAIN’s market opportunities and accelerate the company’s growth in the defense and aerospace industries.
