The Arena Football League game between the Chicago Rush (7-1) and Dallas Desperados (8-1) has been rescheduled from Friday, May 11 at 8:30 p.m. ET to Monday, May 14 at 8:30 p.m. on ESPN2. The game change was made as part of flex scheduling that allows ESPN to work with the AFL to ensure the best possible match-ups for the national television audience.

The Chicago-Dallas game will feature two of the AFL’s top teams – including the defending AFL champion Rush – in what could be a preview of ArenaBowl XXI. In addition to the television coverage on ESPN2, fans will be able to view the game online at ESPN360.com and on ESPN Mobile TV, currently available on V CAST TV from Verizon Wireless.

The game between the New York Dragons and Philadelphia Soul will no longer be televised on May 14, though ESPN will return to Philadelphia when the Soul host the New Orleans VooDoo, May 21 at 7:30 p.m. (ESPN2).
