Maynard, MA, USA – May 1, 2007 – VADAR®Systems, a Massachusetts based Financial Software provider supporting over 60 MA municipalities, is pleased to announce its fully integrated Abra® Payroll/HR system has the full capability to support all MA Department of Education EPIMS reporting requirements.

The VADAR EPIMS Tracker is available as part of the Abra® Human Resource Management System. The Massachusetts Department of Education EPIMS (Education Personnel Information Management System) will collect individual educator data from all public and charter schools.

VADAR EPIMS Tracker enables users to track all school employees, their work history and educational background, license numbers and contract information.
Creating files to acquire MEPIDS for each employee, and report staff rosters and work assignments to DOE is a one click process.

“This is a further example of our commitment to the MA Schools Market and the several MA School Districts who are current VADAR clients,” explained VADAR®Systems CEO, Frank Natale. “School departments have unique needs and this is just one area where we are investing in this important and growing part of our business.”

The Abra® Human Resource Management System from Sage Software includes Human Resource Management, Payroll, Attendance Tracking, Recruiting, Employee Self Service, Benefits Enrollment, and Benefits Connect modules. Abra® HRMS solutions are utilized by more North American clients than any other HR/PR software provider; over 15,000 private, non-profit, and government sector entities of all sizes and needs.

The Abra® HRMS has been customized to address the specialized needs of the Massachusetts educational community and fully integrates with VADAR’s other 25+ Financial Software Applications supporting the Finance, Tax, Utility, and Assessor’s Offices.

The VADAR®Systems EPIMS tracker is currently available and implementations are scheduled for this summer in advance of the initial reporting dates set by the MA DOE.
