fish4 Appoints Greenlight To Lead Its SEO Activity

Greenlight, a leading search engine marketing (SEM) consultancy, has been selected by fish4, the UK’s largest classified website for jobs, homes and cars, to handle all search engine optimisation (SEO) activity, following a competitive pitching process.

Greenlight will lead fish4’s online marketing drive, focusing on search engine optimisation and link building activities, as it looks to promote its relaunched site offering. Greenlight’s remit will be to improve and maintain search engine rankings and to ensure the fish4 brand is more visible to consumers across the UK.

Greenlight was briefed to develop the most effective SEM strategy possible for fish4, focusing on fish4jobs, fish4cars and fish4homes. The relationship began in March 2007 and Greenlight aims to provide a full set of recommendations for all three sites by the end of June.

Simon Paine, fish4’s online marketing manager, explained: “We are very aware of how effective a strong search engine optimisation campaign can be at driving potential customers to our brands.
