Fundación Integra in $570,000 Services Deal With IBM

Chilean child advocacy group Fundación Integra has signed a $570,000 agreement with IBM (NYSE: IBM) for on-site technology support services and helpdesk support.

The agreement, signed in the first quarter, calls for IBM to provide information technology support for all of Fundacion Integra’s 14 regional management centers.



Fundación Integra expects the new services from IBM to reduce wait times for resolving technology issues, minimize interruptions and increase productivity. The agreement includes technical support online and by phone, as well as all start-up and installation services.

Fundación Integra is a non-profit private foundation focused on assisting the educational and social development of underprivileged children ages 3 to 5 years old.
