United Online Selects Erik Randerson, CFA, As Its New Vice President Of Investor Relations

United Online, Inc. (Nasdaq:UNTD), a leading provider of consumer Internet and media services, today announced the appointment of Erik Randerson, CFA, to vice president, investor relations. Randerson brings more than 15 years of financial analysis and investor relations experience to the role, primarily with Internet and technology companies. Reporting to Charles S. Hilliard, president and chief financial officer, Randerson will serve as the primary liaison between United Online and the investment community.

Randerson joins United Online after overseeing investor relations for Digital Insight (Nasdaq:DGIN), a provider of Internet banking services that was recently acquired by Intuit, and Tekelec (Nasdaq:TKLC), a supplier of Internet and telecommunications networking equipment. Previously, Randerson advised public companies at Allen & Caron, Inc., a leading investor relations consultancy, and served as an investment research analyst for William O’Neil & Company.

He received a B.A. in Economics from Whittier College and an M.B.A. from California State University, Long Beach. He is a member of the CFA Society of Los Angeles and a board member of the National Investor Relations Institute (NIRI), Los Angeles.
