Hella Good Debuts Freshly Made Body Treats Just In Time For The Holidays!
Los Angeles, CA – Imagine a pot of creamy, dreamy body wash that smells like eggnog or a bath scrubby filled with real bits of candy cane and hand-dipped in diamond glitter. Hella Good, a Los Angeles-based company, is launching handmade bath products that are perfect for the holiday season. “One of my favorite things is the mixture of smells that signal the start of the holiday season, such as gingerbread, candy cane and pumpkin pie,” says Mei-Lynn Destouche, co-founder of Hella Good. “We wanted to capture those scents in our bath products.”
The Bath Collection
Currently there are four products in Hella Good’s holiday body treats line-up that are broken down into three categories: Bath Scrubbies, Body Washes and Sugar Scrubs.
Each bath scrubby is a muslin bag that is hand-poured with oats, exotic butters and real pieces of fruit or candy. The bath scrubby is dropped into a warm bath, filling the room with its incredible fragrance. The bather can use the bath scrubby as a scented washcloth that exfoliates and softens.
Let Them Eat Pie, which really smells like pumpkin pie filling, has real pumpkin flakes, cocoa butter and milk.
Naughty or Nice? has real pieces of candy cane and cocoa butter, and are each hand-dipped in sparkling diamond-like glitter for a sparkling holiday season.
Loaded for the Holidays is a creamy body wash that smells like eggnog and is loaded with good-for-the-skin oils such as sweet almond and apricot kernel.
“Even people who don’t like eggnog love this body wash,” says Destouche. “They all agree it smells delicious.”
C’mon, Honey is a brown sugar scrub made with honey and almond oil. “C’mon, Honey sugar scrub is extremely moisturizing, and boy, it leaves you smelling great!” says Destouche.
Most of Hella Good’s bath products line are made from ingredients that are good enough to eat, such as ripe raspberries, organic cocoa powder, real pieces of mango and peaches, rolled oats and coconut milk.
“Our products smell so good that some people have said that they had to fight the urge to eat them,” says Tara Lee, co-founder of Hella Good.
