TAMPA, FL - The 13 Ugly Men Foundation has scheduled its most anticipated party of the year, the White Party, co-sponsored by 717 South, for April 21, 2007 poolside at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino at 5223 Orient Road in Tampa. The White Party has become the 13 Ugly Men’s signature event drawing thousands of attendees who come to the party to eat, drink and watch the SIN fashion show while dressed fully in white attire. The SIN fashion show, sponsored by Peroni Italy, is the highlight of the annual event as both men and women model lingerie and other high-end sleepwear.

“All of our parties are well attended and raise a lot of money for charity, but for some reason people really look forward to dressing up in all white and coming out to a party poolside,” said Patrick Smith, President of the 13 Ugly Men. “This year’s party looks to be our best one yet. The food will be delicious, the people will be beautiful and the SIN fashion show will be hot. Why not give to charity and have a great time doing it?”

The party will benefit the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation. The evening includes music provided by DJ Matt the Bratt, a complimentary dinner buffet including hand-rolled sushi, pasta bar, salad bar, carving station and more, free draft beer and house wine and a full cash bar. As the party is located poolside, VIP cabanas surrounding the pool will be available as well.

The 13 Ugly Men was originally created in 1990 when the members decided that they wanted to give something back to their community. Originally founded as a social organization, the group quickly transformed into a successful charitable organization.

Consisting mainly of young professionals, the group strives to party with a purpose. Some of the charities that have received donations from the 13 Ugly Men include: American Heart Association, Breast Cancer Florida Suncoast, Child Abuse Council, Children’s Cancer Center, Easter Seals, Juvenile Diabetes Research, LifePath Hospice, The Children’s Home, The Boys and Girls Club of Tampa Bay, The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and many others.
