ITT Corporation Announces Voluntary Plan to Withdraw Securities from Listing on the London Stock Exchange

White Plains, NY - ITT Corporation (NYSE: ITT) today announced that it will voluntarily withdraw its securities from listing on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) due to low trading volumes. The Company has given written notice to the LSE and is in the process of giving notice to the United Kingdom Financial Services Authority (“FSA”) of its plans It is anticipated that the cancellation of listing and admission to trading will take effect on May 14, 2007.

The Company will continue to serve its shareholders through maintenance of its primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange and secondary listing on Euronext, which provide ongoing liquidity for shareholders worldwide.
