DuPont recently sponsored 14 employees to participate in the Catalyst Awards Conference in New York. The women were selected based on their demonstrated leadership capabilities, as well as their significant contribution and impact on their business or function. Catalyst is the leading research and advisory organization working with businesses to build inclusive environments and expand opportunities for women at work.

DuPont Chairman and CEO Chad Holliday, who also serves as the chair of the Catalyst Board of Directors, encouraged attendees to take two initiatives back to their workplace for implementation.

“Attending the Catalyst Conference was a wonderful professional development and networking opportunity. Each attendee was challenged to identify ways to further enhance their work environment, including professional development and career advancement opportunities for the women of DuPont,” said Jennifer Jonach, director, DuPont Human Resources.

As an independent, nonprofit membership organization, Catalyst conducts research on all aspects of women’s career advancements and provides strategic and web-based consulting services globally. With the support and confidence of member corporations and firms, Catalyst remains connected to business and its changing needs.
