Inventor’s Commitment and Involvement with Licensee Is Rewarded

(CORAL GABLES, FL) In 1979, Robert H., now a chiropractor, worked hauling straw out of the Bay Meadows and Golden Gate Fields horse race tracks. During that time, he thought of an idea that could greatly enhance safety and convenience for all of the drivers. Soon after, the Sacramento, California resident enrolled in chiropractic school and put his plans to market his invention on hold.

Nearly 30 years later, Robert has achieved a milestone in the development of his invention, bringing him ever closer to its possible commercial success. Still just as beneficial to drivers as it was in 1979, Robert’s invention has been licensed by an automotive equipment manufacturer with high hopes for the product’s future potential.

The inventor’s deep commitment and involvement in working with the manufacturer was key in the eventual licensing of Mirrors by Hulbert. The inventor and manufacturer worked closely together to develop a prototype and to refine the concept through a considerable amount of product testing.

Their combined efforts further bolstered both parties’ belief in the product’s marketability, leading to the signing of a potentially lucrative multi-year agreement that includes a competitive royalty rate for Mirrors by Hulbert.
