Class Action Lawsuit Filed Against Accredited Home Lenders

CONSHOHOCKEN, Pa. - A lawsuit has been filed on behalf of shareholders who purchased Accredited Home Lenders Holding Co. between November 2005 and March 2007, which alleges that Accredited Home Lenders Holding Co. violated Sections 10(b) and 20(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 10b-5 promulgated thereunder.
