Spectrobes Showcased At Nintendo World Store

Spectrobes, the Nintendo DS game from Disney Interactive Studios, was showcased for kids and video game fans at the Nintendo World Store in New York City. Kentaro Hisai, Disney Interactive Studios’ producer from Tokyo, was on-hand to greet gamers and answer questions about the game. A tournament took place for video game players in which they battled against each other using the game’s unique local wireless tournament feature. Prizes included advance copies of the game and a special Spectrobes-branded Nintendo DS Lite. Representatives were also in the store and around Rockefeller Plaza wearing special belts each adorned with three Nintendo DS Lite units on which fans could play Spectrobes.

Published by Disney Interactive Studios and developed by Kyoto, Japan-based Jupiter Corporation, Spectrobes is rated E for Everyone by the ESRB and will be available worldwide on March 13, 2007.
