Please announce the following not-for-profit event: James David Dykas, Manager Technical Services at the Universal Weather & Aviation Company will present ITIL Case Study titled “Tales of The Blue Monkey.” The focus on this presentation is mainly on ITIL Service Desk implementation. Why did James David and his IT colleagues code-name their ITIL implementation project Blue Monkey? Well, you will have to attend the June 16 meeting to find out! During his presentation, you will hear details of Universal Weather & Aviation’s ITIL journey to-date, which includes embarking on an ITIL Awareness and Communication Campaign. James David will provide you with details on how they started, the best practices used to get people’s buy in, and how they developed measurement systems to track progress and results. He will walk you through their experiences and share future plans and next steps.
