First Consulting Group, Inc. Earnings Release Now Set For March 13

LONG BEACH, Calif. - First Consulting Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:FCGI), a leading provider of outsourcing, consulting and systems implementation and integration services to the health-related industries, will release financial results for the fourth-quarter and full-year ended December 29, 2006, at the close of the market on Tuesday, March 13, 2007.

The Company rescheduled the release date in order to allow sufficient time to complete tax-related analysis regarding the appropriate application of certain of the Company’s net operating loss carryforwards. The analysis is not expected to impact the Company’s pre-tax operating results in any period.

The Company will hold a teleconference hosted by Larry Ferguson, chief executive officer, and Thomas Watford, executive vice president, chief operations officer and chief financial officer, to discuss the financial results and future plans and prospects.
