Kirby Dyess (Principal, Austin Capital Management)
A recently retired Corporate Vice President of Intel Corporation, Kirby Dyess is principal in Austin Capital Management where she evaluates, invests in, and assists early stage companies in the Pacific Northwest. Her most recent Intel assignment was Director of Operations for Intel Capital, the largest venture capital organization in the world. Ms. Dyess is currently vice president of the Oregon State Board of Higher Education and is a member of the OHSU Board, the Board of Trustees for Linfield College and the Business Advisory Board for the University of Oregon’s Lundquist College of Business. Ms. Dyess also chairs the board of Prolifiq Software Corporation and serves as a director for Merix, Menasha and Octavian Corporations. Mary Jo Potter (Managing Partner and CEO, highperlink)

Using her experience as Senior Vice President responsible for governance and integration at Sibson Consulting Group, Ms. Potter has already contributed significantly to the design of Compli’s corporate governance modules. She currently leverages her expertise on several other boards, including Siena Heights University, Hanna Center, Hope Unlimited and Ocular Sciences (recently acquired by CooperVision).

Paul Skillern (Chairman and CEO, Kendall Auto Group)
Paul Skillern is chairman and CEO of the Kendall Automotive Group. After beginning his career in the banking industry, Mr. Skillern embarked on a long career in the auto retail market. His leadership has been instrumental in helping Kendall repeatedly earn leadership awards in providing excellence in customer service and business practices. In addition to his general business expertise, Mr. Skillern provides expert counsel to the company about the auto dealer compliance sector, on which Compli has recently focused. He has served on the boards of the Oregon Automobile Dealers Association, the Eugene Springfield New Car Dealers Association and the Northwest Ford Dealers Advertising Association.
