Certain international rates on CiCi Calling Card, the popular prepaid long distance card produced by Group of Goldline will be lowered on March 1st, 2007.

Rates apply to: India, Pakistan, Isreal, South Africa and Sri Lanka

Phone Card Depot (www.phonecarddepot.com), one of CiCi’s largest online retailers was surprised by the lower rates.
