1st Japanese customer to select iCADA’s reticle management solution

iCADA, a German based software company, has received a purchase order from a new major 300mm memory fab in Japan for their Reticle Management System (RSM).

The RSM will be translated into Japanese and will be integrated into the local MES infrastructure, improving the reticle and carrier life cycle management, inspection management, inspection tool connectivity and mask house connectivity. Furthermore, the customizable business rule engine, including requal strategies and task planning, as well as the monitoring of the reticle environment will help the customer to minimize errors and thus reduces cycle time, defects and costs.
